You will be taking responsibility for operational performance, regulatory compliance, team productivity, and project delivery. You will champion safety, drive operational efficiency, and lead a diverse team while collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure on-time delivery and the highest standards of quality. Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and environmental standards
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage daily operations including workforce planning, hours booking, project run rates, and delegation to team leads
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, managing resources and materials effectively
  • Maintain technical records and publications as required
  • Support professional development, performance management, and training within the team

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, on project progress and operational matters

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in aircraft heavy or line maintenance, including supervisory or lead roles
  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and standards (EASA/CAA, PART 145, AS9110, AS9120)
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a diverse team, supporting development and performance reviews
  • Competent in using information systems such as SAP, Pivotal, or equivalent project tracking tools
  • Previous leadership experience in high-volume maintenance operations preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including customer relationship management
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and results-oriented performance
