We are currently hiring experienced Aircraft Mechanics for long-term roles in Belgium. These positions are based in either Liège (line maintenance) or Brussels (base maintenance), and involve rotating shifts, including night duties. The role involves conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on B737 Classic and NG aircraft in accordance with aviation safety and compliance standards.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct inspections and scheduled maintenance tasks on B737 aircraft
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
Replace defective components and document work accurately
Follow detailed maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and ATA specifications
Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards and operational procedures
Collaborate with peers and supervisors to coordinate repairs
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through training
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, with aviation-focused technical education
Qualification in Aircraft Maintenance (EASA Part-66 preferred)
At least 3 years of experience working on commercial aircraft
Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
Physically fit and capable of night shift work
Fluency in English is required
Must be able to pass security and background checks for airport access
