Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, modifications, rebuilds, and inspections on aircraft and components, following aviation regulations
Carry out all tasks in accordance with current legislation, the MOM, the MCQ, and the instructions in aircraft, engine, and component manufacturers’ manuals
Use updated methods, proper tools, and approved materials, ensuring all work meets technical standards and safety requirements
Run tests and checks to confirm that inspected or serviced items are functioning properly
Read and interpret continued airworthiness instructions, technical manuals, and guidelines issued by manufacturers and aviation authorities
Perform mandatory inspections and maintenance, and comply with service bulletins and airworthiness directives issued by authorities
Support ground tests and maintenance flights when necessary, following company procedures
Accurately record all activities performed or supervised, completing the required documentation immediately after each task
Keep the workspace clean and organized, disposing of waste properly and storing tools after use, ensuring none are left inside the aircraft
Requirements:
Completed Technical Training in Aircraft Maintenance (MMA)
Active CHT in Avionics (AVI)
Previous hands-on experience in rotary-wing aircraft maintenance
Previous experience with Airbus Helicopters products
Knowledge of applicable RBAC regulations (especially RBAC 43, 65, and 145)
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, system layouts, and technical manuals
Basic understanding of avionics systems, including communication systems (VHF, HF, radios), navigation systems (GPS, VOR, ILS, DME), aircraft instruments and indicators, sensors, onboard computers, and the fundamentals of electrical systems and wiring
Skilled in using multimeters, megohmmeters, oscilloscopes, circuit testers, and other diagnostic tools
Basic knowledge of installing, replacing, and testing electronic components
Understanding of how avionics systems integrate with the aircraft’s mechanical systems
Nice to have:
CHT in Airframe (CEL) and/or Powerplant (GMP)
