Job Description:

Heston MRO is seeking Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs) to work in line maintenance at Melbourne International Airport Terminal. The role involves working on a rotating roster which could include days, afternoons and night shifts across a variety of aircraft for different customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work in line maintenance
  • Work across a variety of aircraft, around 6 types, each with 1 or 2 different engine types, across a variety of customers

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship or permanent residency
  • Hold Cert IV in Aeroskills Trade (or equivalent)
  • The ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Medical Test
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years aircraft maintenance experience
  • ASIC and ADA eligibility
  • Strong safe work ethic and practical understanding of safe work systems
  • Familiarity with CASA regulations
  • Be in possession of a valid state driver’s licence
  • Possess a high standard of both written and spoken English and great attention to detail
