We’re proud to be supporting our client, a leader in helicopter services, in their search for skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) M2 to join their team in permanent roles based in Borden, ON. Job Responsibility

  • Conducting in-depth aircraft inspections – from airframe structures to engines and components
  • Ensuring all procedures meet the highest industry standards and regulations
  • Interpreting technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints with precision
  • Testing and fine-tuning aircraft systems to ensure peak performance
  • Troubleshooting issues and implementing effective solutions
  • Maintaining detailed maintenance records and reporting actions taken
  • Mentoring and training the next generation of apprentices

Requirements

  • Military AVN training on CH-146 or Bell 412
  • valid Transport Canada AME “M” Type license
  • 3+ years of experience
  • A type endorsement on CH-146 or Bell 412
  • Proficiency with both electronic and paper-based manuals
  • Solid expertise in aircraft systems and aviation standards

  • Supporting the service will be a variety of shifts between 8am and 5.00pm Mon-Fri
  • Providing first line IT support to all staff and students across the University, nationally and internationally
  • Support is facilitated via incoming phone calls to the Service Desk as well as digital contact via email and the IT Portal
  • Offer face to face support on a rota basis from the Harrison Library on City Campus on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
  • Resolve a large amount of the calls they receive, and promote a first call resolution wherever possible
  • Route remaining tickets appropriately to other teams within the Directorate or signposted within the wider University
