Ryanair is currently recruiting for candidates to join their 2026 Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Apprenticeship in conjunction with College of Further Education and Training Shannon Campus and Technology University Dublin (TUD) starting in September 2026. This is a structured 4-year program including both hands on and classroom based learning in conjunction with College of FET and TUD. You will need to commit to 4 years of studying hard for your B1 or B2 modules which are intense and do take dedication. Upon successful completion of this program, you will qualify for a B1 or B2 EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence and eligible to certify Ryanair’s 600+ aircraft fleet. B2 Engineers earn salary packages of up to €104,000 p/a plus pension working in the Dublin based Line Maintenance facilities. Based in Dublin, you will be working with highly experienced aircraft engineers in one of our biggest engineering hangars responsible for providing engineering maintenance to our fleet of 600+ Boeing aircraft. You will also gain experience in airframe and avionics and in pre-into service checks completed on our new aircraft deliveries from Boeing as we continue to grow our fleet to over 800+ aircraft in the next 10 years. This is an excellent opportunity for successful candidates to work in an exciting, vibrant industry and obtain a recognised qualification in aircraft maintenance. As part of the initial training, you will also be required to spend time in Shannon, Stansted or Bergamo for classroom-based learning before returning to Dublin for hands on experience and studies in TUD
