Job Description

This role supports the hands-on assembly, installation, and checkout of UAV electronic and mechanical systems in a fast‑paced production environment. The position involves using hand and power tools to build, wire, and install components while supporting troubleshooting with basic diagnostic equipment. You’ll assist with cable assembly, repairs, mechanical compenents and system integration across airframe and fuselage structures. Working under established work instructions, this role plays a key part in ensuring UAV systems are built accurately, safely, and to specification.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with installing, assembling, and checking out UAV electrical and electronic systems
  • Use hand tools and power tools for assembly and fabrication tasks
  • Support troubleshooting and diagnostics using multimeters, probes, and wiring tools
  • Help with cable assembly, repairs, and component installations (switches, controls, junction boxes)
  • Contribute to UAV integration work, including fuselage/airframe tasks and basic programming support
  • Follow work instructions and guidance to ensure proper assembly
