To increase efficiency, we’d like to hire support more local to Southend to help keep our aircraft ready to fly. This might be helping with things like daily and weekly checks and other ad-hoc tasks. The amount of time needed each week is likely to be fairly regular, but the days and times may fluctuate dependent on what’s going on.
