Job Responsibility:

Characterize planned and unplanned work (NCR, BOI, Snags, Workbooks) - duration, zone, jobs activities, sequence, milestones
Support Manufacturing Leaders to achieve daily targets
Monitor daily manufacturing issues to secure production schedule (Shortage, disposition and documentation follow-up reviews)
Support Manufacturing Leader and team leaders to perform daily detailed scheduling
Track documentation according to aircraft manufacturing progress
Perform cycle time impact analysis based on production issues
Produce daily production schedule (Chart)
Responsible to maintain aircraft schedule and optimize overall schedule
Drive Schedule reviews meetings with upper management
Identify and participate in improvement projects

Requirements:

Technical or a Bachelor degree in industrial engineering
global vision of the business
customer oriented (production and support function)
comfortable in a production environment
analytical mind and comfortable presenting to senior management
dynamic and a team player
leadership and enjoy taking on challenges
patience, perseverance and curiosity
use MS Project to monitor planning
use Excel as needed for summary analyzes
at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
