An opportunity for Air Power Services Pricing Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid).
Job Responsibility:
Supports the sales team during the sales campaign
ensures an efficient acquisition process by supporting Business Capture Plan and contributing to Quality Gates 1-4 as well as commercial panels/committees
Analyses customer requirements/requests for quotation with regard to the financial/commercial part of a proposal
Provides commercial best practices, analyses and translates complex business situations to suggest best-adapted solutions
Leads the preparation of the commercial part of the bids in close cooperation with other stakeholders (e. g. Country Sales, Bid Centers, Business Lines)
Challenges Sales, Engineering/Operations and Business Lines on bid/no bid, pricing, target costing and T+C’s
Provides quantitative and qualitative financial data to prepare a winning proposal (e.g. pricing, calculation methods) and validates consistency of financial content and financial risk exposure
Structures contracts together with Legal (joint responsibility) and (Country) Sales by defining and formulating all commercial terms and conditions in coordination with the bid team (Legal to tailor the Ts & Cs)
Supports and is actively involved in contract negotiations with regard to the commercial sections of the contract together with Legal
Manages customer contracts including claims and waivers during contract execution in close cooperation with Country Sales and Business Lines and in alignment with Legal (joint responsibility)
Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Business Management, Engineer or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in Bid enviorement or Finance¬Controlling
Excellent skills in relationship building, team building, collaborate across functions and conflict management
Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point and Google enviorement
Negotiation level of English and Spanish
Nice to have:
Expirience in SAP CO/FI/PS would be a plus
