Job Responsibility

Supervise operatives, ensuring safe working practices in line with RAMS, and maintain professional communication with clients at all times
Carry out kitchen extract system cleaning in accordance with TR19 Grease, ventilation system cleaning in accordance with TR19, and install access doors in line with DW144
Inspect fire dampers in accordance with BS9999, conduct regular inspections of the physical plant, follow preventative maintenance programmes, and recommend major repairs and equipment purchases where appropriate
Maintain personal equipment and chemical stock inventories, complete and submit pre-work risk assessments and same-day service reports, and ensure accurate record-keeping at all times
Comply with site rules, follow method statements, work safely in line with RAMS, communicate professionally with on-site contacts, and ensure methods and outcomes are explained prior to leaving site.
