Job Responsibility

  • Manage full end to end air freight exports
  • Prepare all necessary documentation, invoices, air waybills and customs declarations
  • Checks post flights daily and deals effectively with all queries/discrepancies
  • Communicate effectively with internal and overseas coworkers, customers and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and staying up to date on relevant policies
  • Review supplier invoices
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring clients are informed throughout

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in Air Exports
  • Knowledge of customs procedures
  • Experience and knowledge of the freight forwarding sector
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and reporting skills
  • Effective time management, planning and organisational and problem solving skills
  • DG Certification and temperature controlled shipment experience desired
