Our client in the transport industry, a well-known and respected company seeking an Air Import and Export Logistics Coordinator

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of shipments, including booking, shipping, tracking, CFGL quotes, and the documentation
  • Ensure all shipment details are accurate, timely, and comply with operational procedures
  • Proactively communicate with customers and carriers to ensure fluidity and efficiency operations
  • Resolve shipping issues quickly, while maintaining quality service and strong relationships
  • Update the TMS with clear and accurate information at each stage of the shipment lifecycle
  • Use system data to support visibility, decision-making, and problem resolution
  • Manage team inboxes and provide operational support to ensure consistent service levels
  • Intervene to support or cover the responsibilities of the customer success manager when necessary, ensuring that continuity
  • Achieve daily operational objectives, development program requirements, and KPI targets
  • Contribute to process improvement and train several roles to strengthen operational capacities versatility

Requirements

  • Expert level in English with a proficiency level in French
  • 2-5 years of experience in import and export by air within the transport industry
  • Solid understanding of transport processes, shipping workflows, and the practices of the industry
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers, carriers, and internally stakeholders
  • Experience using TMS platforms and managing shipping documentation efficiently
  • Able to handle exceptions and resolve operational issues on time pressure
  • Willingness to take on leadership support roles and work flexibly in a dynamic environment
  • Systematically ensures accuracy and compliance in all operational activities
