Job Responsibility

Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM), proactive, and reactive work on a range of industrial utilities and HVAC equipment, including: Air Handling Units (AHUs)
Chillers (water-cooled and air-cooled, including large centrifugal and screw chillers)
Refrigeration systems (e.g., stand-alone fridge/freezers, blast freezers)
Heating systems (LPHW, LTHW, steam)
Compressed air systems
Ensuring all client equipment is in efficient and effective working order and complies with statutory regulations, JLL policies, and H&S requirements
Monitoring and maintaining accurate maintenance records and completing all necessary documentation on time within JLL's facility management systems
Liaising with specialists and suppliers for industry requirements and parts procurement
Undertaking contractor control duties on behalf of JLL clients
