Job Description:

Established Mechanical and HVAC services business have a fantastic new opportunity to appoint an Air Conditioning Project Manager to join their very successful and stable company. Working on projects ranging from 1/4M to 3/4M. Projects include hotels, offices, pubs, medical centres and apartments. Some travel is involved, but no staying away is required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the control and delivery of air conditioning installation projects dealing with sub contractors and liaising with clients
  • Visiting sites and customers, checking progress and work being conducted
  • Managing the procurement of plant and materials
  • Ensuring the right site delivery of plant and materials
  • Managing labour resources through a variety of sub contractors
  • Maintaining good communication and customer service

Requirements:

  • Based in the East Midlands (Nottingham, Derby, Leicester or surrounding areas)
  • F-GAS Certified
  • Technically capable
  • Good rapport with Engineers
  • Organised, methodical and mindful with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliances
