Requirements

NVQ Level 2 in relevant trade
Qualified Air Conditioning Engineer
City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Regulations (Cat1)
Good understanding of modern office software
Experience with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM on Android tablets
3 years’ experience in a similar environment, ideally across multi-site and multi-discipline service delivery
2 years’ experience in a customer-facing outsourcing environment
Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance

Keeping Clients, Customers, and your Team informed with regular updates
Contributing to a quality service with a goal of 100% customer satisfaction
Providing technical support, advice, and guidance
Ensuring best value for money through accurate resource and material checks
Reporting performance to your Area Manager
Safely delivering all Salisbury works, including those of service partners
Producing time and material details for quoting minor works
Collaborating with Account Support, Supervisors, Managers, and Sub-Contractors

Requirements

Extensive experience within the trade of service, installation and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, VRV, VRF & split systems
Knowledge of Fault finding on AC control systems
NVQ 3 Certificate in Servicing and Maintaining Air-Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems
NVQ 3 Certificate in Installing and Commissioning Air-Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems
NVQ 3 Diploma in Servicing and Maintaining Refrigeration Systems
NVQ 3 Certificate in Installing and Commissioning Refrigeration Systems
C&G 2079 F GAS and ODS Regulations : Category 4
Full UK Driving License
Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs when required
Extensive Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations

Job Responsibility

To carry out reactive maintenance repairs across various contracts
To assess and order parts and equipment necessary for individual tasks
To work to recognised industry standards at all times
To participate in flexible working hours and out-of-hours emergency cover as required by the contract
To undertake training as required to perform the duties of the role
To assist other trades as/when required
To update/close completed Reactive & PPM tasks on our CAFM System
Ensure engineering standards are maintained in order to maximise efficient operation and reliability of plant
To ensure company QA and site procedures are adhered to in all aspects
To ensure that both Client and Integral’s Health and Safety procedures are followed at all times

Job Responsibility

Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports
Carrying out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork
Being on a call out rota to provide the client with full out of hours cover
Assisting other team members when required or as directed from the Contracts Manager
Ensuring that all tasks are completed within the contractual time scales
Proactively reduce energy consumption on site
Overseeing visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety
Adopting a flexible attitude in relation to assisting on other properties within the portfolio
Carrying out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
Understanding and completing all work related documentation accurately and on time
