Air Conditioning & Chiller Engineer

We’re hiring for a Critical Cooling Engineer to join a specialist team working across data centre sites. This is a hands-on role supporting high-spec systems for major operators like Stulz, Vertiv, and Schneider. You’ll be working with VRVs, chillers, and close control units, maintaining the kind of kit that keeps infrastructure alive – with access to manufacturer training and a senior team that knows their stuff. The company is scaling up with a focus on quality – every job is critical, and engineers are trusted to take ownership. The callout rota is informal and low-frequency, shared between a compact, capable team. Most callouts are rare thanks to well-maintained systems.
