Registration as a Professional Engineer and/or Architect as determined by the Department of Safety and Professional Services
Have graduated from a recognized college or university with a degree in an engineering field such as civil, electrical, electronic, environmental, mechanical, or structural engineering
Project management for design or construction of building HVAC systems. (e.g. management of budget, scope, and schedule of projects, or similar)

Providing HVAC engineering technical assistance and facility evaluation

Job Responsibility

Manages, directs and leads the activities of architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers in the delivery of construction projects
Responsible for a broad range of HVAC (heating, ventilating and air conditioning) and plumbing engineering project management functions on capital improvement projects
Managing complex infrastructure and facilities projects from design through construction
The review and analysis of designs prepared by outside consultants
Providing technical support to state agencies
Providing site inspections, and troubleshooting analysis
Developing and maintaining design guidelines and specifications
Developing design and bidding documents
