Air Con Technician

• Supporting region Cumbria going to different hotels around Carlisle and surround areas
• Taking the lead on non F-Gas maintenance across properties
• Handle planned servicing, including filter and coil cleaning, condensate drain upkeep, and operational checks
• Diagnose and repair common issues like fan motor failures, control panel faults, and thermostat problems
• Ensure work meets industry standards
• Log service records
• Escalate F-Gas-related faults
• Support inspection

• Hands-on experience in air conditioning maintenance
• Experience with VRV/VRF, split units, AHUs, and FCUs
• Ability to diagnose and fix non F-Gas electrical, mechanical, and control faults
• Manual UK Driving Licence
• Flexibility to work varied hours and travel to different hotel locations, potentially involving overnight stays

Relevant HVAC or engineering qualification
