Job Description:

We’re looking for a Field Service Technician with hands-on experience servicing pumps and air compressors. This role supports customers 24/7 and includes travel, on-call rotation, and occasional overnight stays.

Job Responsibility:

  • Service, troubleshoot, and repair pumps and air compressors (rotary screw) in the field
  • Perform equipment start-ups, commissioning, and customer training
  • Follow OSHA safety standards at all times
  • Complete service documentation using electronic devices
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
  • Maintain a clean service vehicle and work environment
  • Participate in on-call rotation and travel as needed
  • Mentor and assist with training junior technicians

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of mechanical field service experience (pumps/air compressors preferred)
  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read schematics and diagrams
  • Comfortable using test equipment and tablets
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted / 100 lbs assisted
  • U.S. citizen with a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or valid U.S. passport
  • Ability to pass background, reference, and drug screening
