Job Description:

A Freight Forwarding company focusing imports and exports worldwide is growing their operations team and is seeking a talented individual to support in Ocean and Air operations.

Job Responsibility:

Handling customers requests for export and import needs for international shipments
Preparing and helping with all export and import documents and customs duties
Ensure timely and efficient deliveries
Coordination between customers and worldwide agents
Communication with airlines / ship lines and local carriers, negotiate the rates
Ensure all deadlines are met
Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining excellent relationships with customers and carriers

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years handling air freight, ocean freight experience is an asset
Proven track record in managing complex logistics operations
Experience with Forwarder Logic
Detail oriented and possess excellent organization skills with the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
Strong customer service skills
English and French

What we offer:

Permanent full time position Monday to Friday
Flexible hours between 7am and 6pm
Hybrid (once or twice a week in office, Montreal)

3 weeks vacation
