Requirements

University degree in finance, economics or equivalent subject
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in risk management
Fluent in English
Good understanding of alternative investment funds industry (PERE, Debt, Fund of Fund…) and UCITS
Good command of Microsoft Office, VBA (as an asset)

Job Responsibility

Job Responsibility

Execute regulatory compliance control testing, assess compliance risk, communicate results and deficiencies, monitor mitigation measures implementation
Assist in updating and publishing Compliance policies and procedures, coordinate annual attestations, maintain AIFM policy register and track timely updates and approvals
Assist in day-to-day activities of the Compliance team, such as complaints handling, conflict of interest, personal transactions, or compliance related incident and remedial actions
Ensure accurate and timely recording of compliance information by maintaining registers, managing shared mailbox, and organizing files
Proactively follow up on open items and escalate unresolved issues for prompt resolution
