Job Responsibility

  • Preparation of Risk Reports for presentation to the Fund’s Board, providing clear and structured insights into the risk profile
  • Comprehensive risk analysis, covering key risk categories such as Market Risk, Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, Valuation Risk, Operational Risk
  • Execution of stress testing, including both general stress tests and liquidity stress tests
  • Assessment of the fund’s risk profile, ensuring consistency with its investment strategy and regulatory constraints
  • Investment compliance monitoring, including controls performed at each NAV calculation to ensure adherence to investment guidelines and regulatory limits

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or an equivalent field
  • Strong interest in regulated investment funds, particularly within the AIFMD framework
  • Good understanding of financial markets and risk management concepts
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • knowledge of risk tools or programming (Python, VBA) is a plus
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Perform risk and process-oriented audits: take responsibility for the preparation and performance of the audit fieldwork, and support with the creation of audit reports
  • Execute audit testing, identify risks and assess the control framework across the organization
  • Prepare audit conclusions and recommendations on improving the control environment and reconcile the observations within audit and the business unit
  • Follow-up on open audit issues and their resolution in close cooperation with the business units
  • Continuously monitor regulatory developments, business and technology updates in the fund industry (Lux, Ger)
