We are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused AI Workforce Sales Specialist to drive digital transformation conversations with enterprise customers. In this role, you will engage directly with business stakeholders, identify opportunities, and translate them into impactful solutions leveraging Microsoft’s modern workplace and AI portfolio.This is an individual contributor role focused on driving business impact through consultative selling, strong execution, and collaboration across teams and partners. Job Responsibility:
Lead customer conversations on digital transformation, identifying business needs and shaping opportunities that convert into qualified deals
Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and guide them through solution adoption, effectively positioning the value of Microsoft solutions (e.g. M365, Copilot, Entra, productivity platforms)
Own and execute a clear territory and account plan, driving pipeline creation through proactive prospecting and engagement
Deliver predictable revenue by managing opportunities end-to-end, working closely with account teams to execute with speed and discipline
Demonstrate strong market and competitive awareness, positioning Microsoft’s value confidently in customer engagements
Act as a trusted advisor and solution expert, contributing insights, sharing best practices, and helping elevate overall team execution
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND a couple years experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in enterprise or technology environments
Strong ability to engage business stakeholders and translate needs into solutions
Demonstrated track record of building pipeline and closing deals
Fluent in English and Swedish
Nice to have:
Experience with cloud platforms or enterprise software (e.g. Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure)
Background in consultative or solution-based sales
Familiarity with competitors
Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills
