Job Description

Our mission is to harness the power of artificial intelligence to transform the way people work, helping customers unlock new levels of productivity and deliver exceptional employee and customer experiences. As an AI Workforce Architect, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, guiding them in the adoption and scaling of Microsoft AI solutions—including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio for custom AI assistants, and Copilot Chat—to drive workplace transformation. This role spans both pre-sales and delivery. You will work closely with sales teams to define AI solution visions, design technical architectures, and deliver demos or proof-of-concepts to build customer trust. You will also lead solution architecture and implementation, ensuring that Copilot and AI assistants are successfully deployed, broadly adopted, and deliver measurable business value and ROI.

Job Responsibility

  • Understand customer business challenges and translate them into actionable, high-impact AI solutions
  • Own the end-to-end architecture design for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and custom AI Agents
  • Build and customize enterprise-grade AI assistants using Copilot Studio and related platforms
  • Serve as the technical lead during pre-sales engagements, including customer discussions, requirements clarification, solution design, and demos/PoCs
  • Actively participate in Microsoft internal and external AI communities by sharing best practices and creating reusable knowledge assets (IP)
  • Maintain a growth mindset and stay current with Microsoft 365 AI product innovations and industry trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture or technical consulting, with hands-on leadership in cloud and AI solution design and delivery
  • Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365) is preferred
  • Strong technical expertise in Modern Work platforms and AI technologies, with a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot and its underlying technologies, including Microsoft Graph and OpenAI-powered services
  • Proven ability to design AI architectures that integrate enterprise data sources and solve complex business problems
  • Strong business acumen and consulting mindset, capable of engaging business decision-makers, understanding industry scenarios and pain points, and aligning technical solutions with business value and ROI
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to work effectively with sales, engineering, and product teams
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to consume technical documentation and collaborate with global teams

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience delivering Azure AI and OpenAI large language model (LLM) solutions, including conversational AI and natural language processing scenarios
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Solutions Architect, or Azure AI Engineer
  • Consulting background or experience in large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs, including change management and user adoption enablement
  • Strong passion for Microsoft AI innovations, the Copilot portfolio, and continuous learning, with a willingness to serve as a subject matter expert and knowledge contributor within the team
