Ai transformation program manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented individual to join the team as an AI Transformation Program Manager. This role requires native level proficiency in Japanese and business proficiency in English as well as excellent visual communication skills to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences from executives to technical teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive fact finder, effective and efficient project manager, able to analyze simple data in Excel, highly proficient in visual presentation tools such as Power Point and creation of artifacts in multiple formats.

• Native level fluency in Japanese and business level proficiency in English
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, communications or IT
• Strong fact finding skills with the ability to gather, analyze and interpret information from various sources
• Proficiency in Power Point, Excel, Word etc
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
• Prior experience in project management or coordination is preferred
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and IT systems is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with data, analytics, artificial intelligence and IT environments is valued
