This role is for someone who doesn't just implement algorithms but acts as an architect of change, helping businesses fundamentally rethink how they operate. You not only build but also push practices forward: advising teams on which certifications to pursue for different challenges, and showing how AI tools can optimize employees' day-to-day work.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct high-level assessments of client projects to identify where AI can drive the most value, and define clear, actionable opportunities for AI integration
Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, drawing on hands-on technical experience to ensure successful, production-ready deployments
Act as a trusted advisor on AI skill development: recommend relevant certifications, learning paths, and upskilling programs tailored to different roles and challenges
Design role‑based learning journeys and develop training materials (workshops, playbooks, guides) to empower teams and clients to become self‑sufficient in AI adoption
Identify and introduce AI tools that optimize day‑to‑day employee workflows, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort across business functions
Champion AI adoption as a practice pusher — establish and promote internal standards, frameworks, and best practices that enable teams to consistently deliver high‑impact AI projects
Keep pace with the rapidly evolving AI landscape — evaluate emerging tools, methodologies, and educational technologies, and proactively integrate relevant innovations into the practice
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or delivery roles (e.g. tech lead, engineering manager, solution lead, senior developer with leadership responsibilities)
Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives involving multiple teams (e.g., engineering, product, operations, data, risk, or business units)
Good understanding of AI/GenAI concepts (e.g. LLMs, RAG, AI assistants, automation use cases) and ability to apply them in business and process contexts
Track record of driving process redesign and standardization across teams to embed new technologies into existing workflows
Ability to translate AI opportunities into prioritized transformation roadmaps and execution plans aligned with business value
Experience working with engineering and platform teams to ensure AI capabilities are integrated into enterprise systems in a scalable and controlled way
Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical topics into clear, practical guidance for business and engineering teams
Experience supporting adoption of new tools, systems, or ways of working across teams
Comfortable operating across strategy and execution, but with primary focus on organizational change, not solution delivery
Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
