Job Description:

Scope AR seeks an AI Test Automation Developer to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this role is a key technical position requiring a deep, hands-on application of AI principles—both for testing AI-driven features and for leveraging AI techniques to develop sophisticated, next-generation test automation frameworks themselves. The ideal candidate will be a highly capable problem-solver with a background in software engineering and a passion for driving quality with cutting-edge technology.

Job Responsibility:

  • Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks that leverage AI techniques and tools
  • Developing comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate AI-driven features
  • Building and maintaining features, including integrations with external services for data and model validation
  • Ensuring the performance, quality, and security of test automation code and reporting results effectively
  • Continually researching and implementing best practices in AI testing and development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing test automation for software
  • Experience using AI-driven coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Typescript, React, and Cypress
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Strong desire and commitment to learning the latest tools and technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

  • Experience with C# development
