Job Description:

Senior technical expert responsible for architectural decisions, technical direction, and mentoring development teams in building robust agentic AI systems with autonomous decision-making capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

Design technical architecture for multi-agent systems
Lead technical decision-making and code reviews
Mentor junior developers on agentic design patterns
Ensure system scalability, security, and performance
Implement fault-tolerant autonomous systems
Design agent communication protocols
Establish testing frameworks for non-deterministic systems

Requirements:

Expert Python (5+ years)
TypeScript (3+ years)
Go (2+ years)
LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen mastery
Microservices and distributed systems
AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, Azure AI Services
Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
Security implementation and performance optimization
8-12 years software development
3-5 years AI/ML systems
2+ years agentic AI experience
