Job Description

Support the responsible design, deployment, and governance of AI-enabled systems across , ensuring that AI use cases are aligned with organizational strategy, risk controls, and ethical standards. Act as the operational custodian of AI governance practices by helping translate enterprise AI policies into practical controls, workflows, and system configurations. Enable safe and effective adoption of automation and AI capabilities while maintaining transparency, accountability, and compliance.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the implementation of AI governance frameworks, standards, and guardrails across AI and automation initiatives
  • Maintain inventories of AI use cases, models, and automation workflows
  • Assist in risk assessment and classification of AI use cases, including bias, explain ability, and operational risks
  • Coordinate documentation of model assumptions, intended use, limitations, and governance approvals
  • Support deployment readiness checks for AI-enabled solutions in collaboration with technical teams
  • Monitor AI systems for compliance with governance standards and escalate risks when required
  • Maintain AI governance documentation and lifecycle tracking
  • Support review processes for new AI use cases before deployment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information security, access governance, or IT security architecture roles
  • 4 years experience in AI governance, analytics operations, automation governance, or related digital roles
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and automation workflows
  • Familiarity with responsible AI principles (bias, explain ability, transparency, risk controls)
  • Working knowledge of data governance and enterprise architecture concepts
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools or platforms (Azure AI, OpenAI integrations, or equivalent is an advantage)
  • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and system workflows
  • Ability to document technical concepts clearly for governance purposes
