Bazaarvoice is seeking an AI Group Product Manager to lead our AI infrastructure and enablement strategy. This role will own the AI capabilities across our Ratings & Reviews platform, ensuring we're positioned at the forefront of AI-driven shopping and discovery. As AI transforms how consumers discover and evaluate products, this role will be critical in expanding how Bazaarvoice's trusted user-generated content (UGC) becomes discoverable and actionable through AI platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other large language models

Job Responsibility:

  • Expand and optimize strategy for how Bazaarvoice data reaches LLM partners (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Scale the collection, processing, and structuring of data optimized for AI consumption
  • Evolve what data is available for AI optimization, including feeds and APIs for LLM partners
  • Drive strategic decisions on which AI platforms and partners we integrate with and how we differentiate
  • Advance the product capabilities that enable clients' UGC to be discoverable and optimized for AI platforms
  • Evolve what we measure for GEO visibility and performance, staying ahead of market needs
  • Expand data foundations for GEO performance insights and client value demonstration
  • Lead strategy for ensuring UGC data is optimally structured and detectable by AI systems
  • Maintain deep knowledge of AI platform developments (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.), identifying opportunities for Bazaarvoice
  • Shape how Bazaarvoice leads in AI-driven discovery and commerce
  • Drive product strategy in partnership discussions with AI platforms and measurement vendors
  • Advance our strategy for how UGC powers next-generation AI-driven product discovery and shopping experiences
  • Partner with product teams to enable AI features
  • Establish best practices and guidelines for teams building AI features
  • Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams on AI strategy and client discovery

Requirements:

  • 6+ years product management experience
  • 2+ years focused on AI/ML products
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, AI platforms, and emerging AI technologies
  • Experience building products that integrate with external platforms (APIs, feeds, integrations)
  • Proven ability to define and execute on product strategy
  • Strong technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering on complex data and ML challenges
  • Track record of building strategic products and partnerships, particularly in the tech/AI space
  • Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, sales, partnerships, marketing
