Job Description:

Our client, an innovative industry leader in the insurance domain is looking for an AI Strategist/Engineer - Hybrid to join their growing team. The successful AI Strategist/Engineer - Hybrid candidate will have experience formulating AI-driven business strategies and developing AI/ML models to support them.

Job Responsibility:

Formulating AI-driven business strategies
Developing AI/ML models to support business strategies

Requirements:

AI strategy formulation - 3-5Y+
AI/ML model development - 3-5Y+
ML programming languages (e.g. R, Python) - 3-5Y+
ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) - 3-5Y+
Cloud platforms - 2-3Y+
Translating AI concepts into business strategies - 3-5Y+
Strong communication skills - 5Y+
Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree - 3-4Y+

Nice to have:

Managing large-scale AI projects - 2-3Y+
Leading cross-functional teams - 1-2Y+
