Job Description:

We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer with expertise in Generative AI to develop and deploy intelligent chatbot solutions on Microsoft Teams, integrated with enterprise data through Microsoft Fabric. This role involves designing, building, and optimizing AI-driven conversational agents that enhance user engagement and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Design and develop Generative AI-powered chatbots using Azure OpenAI Service or Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrated with data from Microsoft Fabric
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including data chunking, embedding, indexing, and semantic search, to enable context-aware responses
Integrate chatbots into Microsoft Teams, ensuring seamless user experiences and adherence to organizational policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of AI solutions within the enterprise environment
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and Microsoft technologies to continuously improve solution offerings.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in developing AI solutions, with a focus on chatbot development and deployment
Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as LangChain or Azure Bot Framework
Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Teams
Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML)
Familiarity with data security and compliance standards in enterprise environments.

Nice to have:

Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents
Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for deploying and monitoring AI models
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Data Scientist Associate
Experience in integrating AI solutions with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
