Job Responsibility:

Support the Delivery of AI Use Cases: Collaborate with matrixed business SMEs to ensure successful delivery of AI use cases
Define AI business capability requirements and approach
Prioritize business cases based on needs and strategic goals
Identify and manage data and change management needs
Oversee business testing to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of AI solutions
Act as a liaison with the DDAT team to ensure alignment and integration
Refine Data Management Strategy and Operationalization: Develop and refine data management strategies to support AI initiatives
Operationalize data management practices to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data management solutions
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data management strategies and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in project management, business testing and data management, preferably within the technology or AI sector
Understanding of AI persona development and implementation
Understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment

Nice to have:

Prompt engineering AI
Experience with data management tools and technologies
Knowledge of change management principles and practices
Familiarity with DDAT frameworks and methodologies
