Join NTT DATA as an AI Solution Developer, where you'll design and optimize AI/ML applications, implement data strategies, and collaborate on cloud deployments. Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML applications including RAG pipelines, conversational AI assistants, and digital avatars
  • Implement data ingestion, chunking, and embedding strategies for unstructured and structured data (PDFs, spreadsheets, legal docs, medical reports, etc.)
  • Work with vector databases (Qdrant, pgvector, LanceDB, etc.) and embedding models to enhance accuracy and relevance
  • Build microservices and APIs (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.) to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems
  • Collaborate on cloud & on-prem deployments (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, Ollama, GPU/CPU sizing)
  • Support compliance and security requirements (RBAC, logging, encryption, data governance)
  • Continuously learn, experiment, and adapt to new AI frameworks, LLMs, and architectures
  • Participate in solution brainstorming, POCs, and client demos

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or a related field
  • Strong programming experience in Python and/or Node.js
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, CrewAI, etc.)
  • Understanding of databases (Postgres, MongoDB, Neo4j) and vector search
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, and integration design
