Architect AI Knowledge Solutions leveraging eGain product capabilities and architecture in the context of the client’s tech stack
Develop and present technical proposals and sharp RFP responses

Requirements:

7 years of experience in developing AI based solutions for customer service/Contact Centers
Proficient in AI, cloud-based solutions, APIs, and integration methodologies
Masters in AI/Computer Science
