AI Solution Architect

• Lead executive-level workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities
• Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop business cases
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions
• Partner with the Applied AI team to design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions
• Own the execution of pilot projects and proofs-of-value
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities
• Act as the bridge between customers and Mistral’s internal teams
• Develop reusable assets, best practices, and playbooks
• Travel (~30-60%) to foster deep client relationships

• 4+ years in a client-facing strategic role (e.g., management consulting, value engineering, or technical sales)
• Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.)
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders (VP, C-level)
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science
• Hands-on experience prototyping proofs-of-concept (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable leading through influence
• Experience with sales qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) and value-based selling is a plus
