  • Join Philips Innovation Engineering (IEN) to help teams redesign their workflows using Generative and Agentic AI
  • Work hands-on with engineers as a coach, architect, and enabler to identify high-value use cases, guide them from idea to practical application, and scale AI adoption across the organization

Requirements

  • Workflow Redesign & AI Discovery: Partnering with engineering teams to analyze current processes and run discovery workshops that translate abstract engineering challenges into practical, AI-enabled workflows
  • Hands-on Enablement: Working side-by-side with development teams to build, test, and adopt solutions, guiding them seamlessly through the full lifecycle from Proof of Concept (PoC) to Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and early production
  • Solution Architecture & Structuring: Defining simple, scalable implementation approaches for AI workflows, evaluating 'buy-vs-build' choices for tools and models, and ensuring solutions are reusable
  • Scaling & Knowledge Sharing: Capturing reusable patterns, code snippets, and workflows across departments, contributing directly to organizational Accelerator playbooks and demos
  • Responsible AI & Governance: Ensuring all engineered solutions strictly apply privacy, security, and data governance rules in compliance with Philips' enterprise responsible AI principles
  • Federated Collaboration: Operating as a central technical bridge, collaborating closely with local department AI Champions, Data & AI Engineering teams, and Group IT
