Job Description:

Endor Labs is building the next evolution of Sales Development — where human reps and AI systems operate in tandem to generate pipeline at scale. The AI SDR Engineer focuses on activation — turning intent, product usage, and firmographic signals into contextual, compliant, and commercially effective outbound sequences. This role blends SDR fluency with applied AI design — codifying outbound logic into AI workflows, ensuring every touchpoint feels human, and driving measurable pipeline lift.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain AI SDR agents that conduct outbound, follow-up, and qualification conversations across email, chat, and LinkedIn
  • Translate SDR playbooks and persona frameworks into structured prompts, logic flows, and decision trees
  • Define escalation paths, confidence thresholds, and handoff rules between AI agents and human SDRs
  • Consume and act on prioritized signals from GTM systems (Common Room, Clay, TitanX, Salesforce)
  • Launch personalized, multi-threaded outbound plays triggered by intent or behavioral data
  • Ensure CRM alignment for attribution, performance tracking, and data hygiene
  • A/B test prompts, response strategies, and timing logic to improve reply and meeting rates
  • Analyze drift, hallucination, and misclassification rates to refine model reliability
  • Build feedback loops between SDRs, AEs, and agents to continuously improve tone and accuracy
  • Partner with Enablement to train SDRs on AI-assisted workflows and escalation handling
  • Surface real-time insights and recommended responses within SDR tools
  • Maintain documentation on agent logic, behavioral parameters, and known failure modes

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years in Sales Development, RevOps, or GTM systems roles
  • Proven ability to build or manage AI-driven automation workflows (e.g. Clay, LangChain, Zapier, Relevance, OpenAI API)
  • Deep CRM and sequencing experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo)
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic architectures
  • Solid grasp of GTM funnel logic and SDR processes — from lead scoring to meeting booked
  • Comfort with experimentation, data-driven iteration, and A/B testing
  • Exceptional communicator who can translate between technical and commercial contexts
