The AI Scale & Adoption Lead drives the transformation of AI use cases from concept to scalable business solutions. This role ensures high-value cases are validated, prioritized, and scaled by leading the end-to-end 'Idea-to-Scale' process — from market analysis and PoC validation to MVP steering, go-to-market strategy, and deployment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Establish and lead a standardized Idea-to-Scale framework and funnel for AI use cases
  • Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases with strong business impact and technical feasibility
  • Accelerate time-to-market with scalable go-to-market blueprints and rollout frameworks
  • Design and implement the Idea-to-Scale framework covering ideation, PoC, MVP, and rollout
  • Align governance structures with Tech, Architecture, and People & Enablement teams
  • Define playbooks and operating procedures for the go-to-market journey
  • Assess business value, technical feasibility, and scalability of use cases
  • Manage an AI portfolio using impact/feasibility matrices and benchmarking
  • Prioritize cases aligned with Bosch AI strategy
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for prioritized AI solutions
  • Define target personas, value propositions, and differentiation models
  • Position AI solutions as strategic enablers internally and externally
  • Guide PoCs and MVPs with KPIs, feedback loops, and validation metrics
  • Lead cross-functional teams through hypothesis validation and prototyping
  • Partner with Tech & Data teams on feasibility and success metrics
  • Build rollout roadmaps with People & Enablement
  • Define scaling frameworks with Tech & Architecture, including APIs, MLOps, and data standards
