Advise clients on their Data, Analytics, and AI transformation initiatives, ensuring that existing data platforms and analytics investments remain valuable and aligned with future needs
Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (CXO, CXO-1 and CXO-2 levels)
Develop a strong personal reputation as a trusted advisor and thought leader within client organizations
Evaluate client data and analytics environments and recommend forward-looking strategies and roadmaps
Identify gaps or opportunities within a client’s current strategy and align them with industry developments and the organization’s capabilities to position the right solutions
Collaborate closely with account leadership, pre-sales, consulting, solutioning and delivery teams to define go-to-market strategies for new offerings and drive their adoption across key accounts
Lead the creation of proposals, presentations, and business cases for new opportunities
Clearly articulate and present value propositions and strategic solutions to senior stakeholders on the client side
Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding existing engagements to grow account revenue
Build strong relationships within the Data & AI partner ecosystem, working jointly on campaigns, marketing initiatives, solution development, and client proposals to create mutually beneficial outcomes
Partner with delivery teams to identify growth opportunities within ongoing engagements, helping expand the scope and impact of data and analytics programs
Maintain strong focus on key business growth metrics, including bookings, revenue, billable headcount, and operating margin
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience selling Data, Analytics, or AI services, with responsibility for generating $5M-$15M in annual revenue through account planning and solution-based selling
Proven track record of leading and securing large, complex deals, including successfully transitioning engagements into delivery
Approximately 15+ years of relevant industry experience, ideally within a large consulting firm or systems integrator, working in consulting, sales, or client advisory roles
At least 3 years of direct sales or business development experience in data, analytics, or AI-related services
