Job Description:

As the AI Sales Automations Architect, you will design and lead the operations of our AI-driven BDR engine. Your mission is to design, build, and orchestrate multi-channel outbound programs across email, cold calling, and social, powered by AI agents. You will continuously improve these programs through data, testing, and human-in-the-loop guardrails. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to turn our ICP and messaging into a reliable, scalable pipeline engine and train BDRs and AEs to operate effectively within it. By leading this function end to end, from agent architecture and deliverability to reply handling, qualification, and AE handoffs, you will drive more meetings, SQLs, and pipeline while reducing cost per meeting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and own the AI agent for outbound outreach and cold calling
  • Design and deploy outbound agents that automate and scale personalized outreach across channels
  • Set and maintain guardrails and escalation to human rules to ensure quality and compliance
  • Create outbound sequences, call flows, and messaging cadences that maximize engagement and conversion
  • Maintain deliverability and compliance through domain warmup, inbox placement monitoring, and adherence to CAN SPAM, GDPR, and Do Not Call standards
  • Translate ICPs into precise targeting, manage data hygiene, and maintain clean, enriched lists to optimize outbound performance
  • Run experiments on messaging, timing, and channel order to identify what drives the highest reply and meeting rates
  • Publish weekly scorecards that track reply quality, meeting rates, cost per SQL, and overall agent performance
  • Document SOPs and create training materials to enable AEs and BDRs to operate effectively within AI assisted workflows
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment on outbound strategy, metrics, and process
  • Evaluate, integrate, and maintain AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and scalability

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B outbound (BDR Ops, Growth, or Sales Automation) with hands on ownership of sequencing, calling tools, and CRM systems
  • Expert understanding of outbound outreach and what drives success in AI powered outbound campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience building or managing AI-assisted outbound (e.g., LLM/agent workflows, reply classification, personalized variants, call scripting/voice AI)
  • Proven track record improving email deliverability, reply quality, and meeting rate at scale
  • comfort with domain warmup and reputation management
  • Excellent copy and conversation skills for cold email and cold call openings
  • rigorous A/B testing mindset
  • Clear and confident communicator with the ability to align Sales, and Marketing around shared goals and performance metrics
  • Ownership mentality with a bias to ship, learn, and iterate quickly in a fast changing AI landscape
  • Experience building or deploying AI BDR systems and familiarity with orchestration tools such as n8n or Zapier
  • Mostly available during US business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST) with at least 6 to 7 hours of overlap for candidates based in Europe or South Africa
What we offer:
  • Work remotely full-time, from wherever you are
  • Unwind during the flexible PTO (available after 90 days), and company holidays
  • Work with cutting-edge AI and automation tools
  • Enjoy dedicated focus times designed to boost your productivity and creativity
  • Fast-moving, values-driven, globally distributed team
  • Flexible Hours
  • Flexible Vacations
  • Clear Growth Plan
  • Yearly Meet Ups
