We are looking for a SaaS Sales professional to help us develop a professional SaaS organization. The role focuses on revenue generation through the sale of software-as-a-service solutions, with a strong emphasis on understanding customer needs, solution presentation, and relationship management.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and qualify sales leads through multiple channels
Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions to prospective customers
Understand customer needs and position software solutions accordingly
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams on lead generation activities
Negotiate and close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in SaaS sales or a comparable sales role
Understanding of software solutions and technology
Ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships
Experience with managing the sales cycle, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven approach
Fluency in English, knowledge of Czech is an advantage
Nice to have:
