AI Project Manager

As the successful candidate you will join a leading global investment management organisation that is building out a firm-wide AI enablement and adoption programme and play a central role in helping investment professionals embed AI safely, confidently, and productively into their day-to-day workflows. You will set at the intersection of business, technology, and change, acting as the primary enablement interface between Digital & Technology teams and investment stakeholders across the organisation. Your primary objectives will include driving AI adoption across business functions as part of a broader AI democratisation initiative, design and deliver structured enablement activities, build reusable AI assets, and establish a network of trained AI champions across the firm. You will work closely with investment professionals and central technology teams, helping users understand how and when to apply tools such as large language models and Microsoft Copilot to real investment management use cases. You will also help evolve the programme as AI capabilities, tooling, and business needs continue to develop.
