Global individual contributor role as the architect of next-generation Customer Experience at the intersection of Process, Product, and AI. Goal is to deeply understand customer journey, spot friction, and use low-code/no-code tools to build AI solutions that drive efficiency and unlock new revenue. Will prototype, build, and deploy automations directly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Customer Journey Intelligence - map the full customer lifecycle and identify where processes are broken
  • Data Detective - use data to pinpoint where AI can have the highest impact on KPIs
  • Hands-on AI Implementation - autonomously build and test workflows using no-code tools
  • AI Integration - leverage LLMs to automate complex tasks
  • Rapid Prototyping - build POCs, test, iterate, and scale globally
  • Efficiency & Revenue Growth - reduce manual ticket volume and transform support interactions into revenue opportunities
  • Global Project Leadership - stakeholder management with local Heads of Customer Care and Product teams

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in Project Management, Operations, or a Product-focused role within a tech/SaaS environment
  • Master of Low-Code/No-Code tools (Make, Zapier, n8n)
  • AI Native - early adopter who uses AI tools daily and understands the capabilities of current LLMs
  • Analytical Rigor - comfortable defining KPIs and tracking ROI
  • Fluent English
