Requirements:

DX Project Experience: Over 10 years of experience as a leader or project manager for DX projects in a business company or consulting firm
Experience Collaborating with Stakeholders: Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to launch and promote projects
Knowledge and Passion for Generative AI: Basic understanding of generative AI such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and a passion for continuously learning recent technologies
People Management Experience: Experience in people management, including the development and motivation management of team members, in addition to project management
