AI Program Manager

• Proactively manage the successful enablement of prioritized AI capabilities
• proactively manage cross-organizational dependencies, roadblocks, and potential oversights
• lead and coordinate project teams to ensure the efficient delivery of requirements, adhering to agreed timelines, standards, policies, frameworks, etc.
• serve as a credible advisor to stakeholders at all levels to accelerate AI enablement
• champion proactive PM best practices, mentor and guide junior team members

• Background in managing programs within a highly regulated environment
• solid knowledge of Program Management techniques, including Prince2 and Agile
• familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• consulting background a plus
• hands-on, organized, and resourceful
• strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate risks and potential oversights
• problem solver with the ability to get into the detail to resolve roadblocks
• self-starter, resilient, and outcome driven
• proven ability to cultivate key working relationships at all levels and reach consensus despite potentially divergent goals and priorities
• consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• excellent presentation skills
