Job Description:

We're seeking a highly creative AI Production Artist to transform product imagery into visually compelling assets using generative AI. This role blends art, technology, and content creation to produce images and videos that align with brand identity and eCommerce goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Use AI platforms to generate and style high-quality eCommerce and marketing imagery and videos
  • Interpret creative briefs and visually communicate brand guidelines, campaigns, and product-specific requirements
  • Pitch visual concepts to clients using AI-generated mockups
  • Collaborate with creative, account management, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction
  • Maintain visual consistency, styling accuracy, and attention to detail across projects
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, staying organized and meeting high-quality standards
  • Stay informed on AI tools, visual trends, and eCommerce content practices
  • Provide input on workflow optimization for AI-driven content production

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in visual content creation, digital design, photography styling, or similar roles (fashion eCommerce experience is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with AI image-generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Caimera AI, Gemini)
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and passion for visual storytelling
  • Ability to understand and communicate brand tone and visual DNA
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce production workflows and digital asset delivery
  • Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to creative briefs
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple fast-moving projects

Nice to have:

  • Background in photography, art direction, digital design, or eCommerce production
  • Experience in a creative agency setting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.)
  • Retouching and image editing (Photoshop or similar)
