Our client, a globally known jewelry manufacturer, invites you to join the dynamic team as a Product Manager focused on enabling AI across a broader supply chain. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with product directors and stakeholders across diverse business areas, playing a pivotal role in the integration and adoption of AI solutions that will drive transformative change.

Job Responsibility:

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Craft and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for integrating AI solutions across our supply chain. Align these initiatives with overarching business goals and objectives to maximize value creation
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster close interaction and collaboration with product directors and stakeholders from various business domains. Understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure that AI initiatives align with their strategic objectives
  • Product Enablement and delivery: Act as a bridge between functional requirements and technical implementation teams. Champion the co-creation, prioritization, and lead the delivery of AI-driven solutions that address specific business needs while enhancing the end-user experience
  • Technical Advisory: Provide guidance on the functional implications of technical decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote seamless integration of AI technologies within the supply chain
  • Leadership and Innovation: Lead the charge in leveraging AI advancements to drive innovation within Pandora. Contribute to shaping the direction of AI products and domains, ensuring technology remains at the forefront of our business evolution

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Product or Project Management and retail, consumer brands, supply chain, or AI-focused industries
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related fields
  • Expertise in AI and machine learning technologies, with a proven track record of enabling AI solutions in complex business environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to navigate and align diverse perspectives while prioritizing product backlogs
  • In-depth knowledge of AI capabilities and industry trends, and proactivity in the identification of AI opportunities across different business areas
  • Proactive and structured approach to AI product management, coupled with robust execution skills to meet deadlines and deliver results, while understanding the challenges of AI product lifecycle and technical debt management
  • Previous exposure to AI accelerators, incubators or rapid experimentation, design thinking, and service design
  • Ability to define an operating model for quick identification of business challenges that can be solved by AI, quick development of pilots/MVP, and the lifecycle necessary for the evolution to a high-quality AI software
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate product vision and priorities to both senior stakeholders and team members
  • A servant-leader mindset that empowers teams while making informed decisions and managing risks
  • The ability to balance short-term gains with long-term strategic ambitions, addressing technical debt while pursuing innovation
