Job Responsibility

  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for AI use cases and workflows, working in close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to transform existing business challenges into AI-powered solutions, applying creative problem-solving and domain knowledge
  • Define and manage acceptance testing, non-regression protocols, and quality assurance processes to ensure AI solutions perform as expected in production
  • Produce clear marketing and communication deliverables such as documentation, presentations, and user guides that support adoption and change management
  • Coordinate and monitor AI project implementations in close collaboration with relevant local and central stakeholders, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are respected
  • Oversee the seamless integration and management of AI systems in production, coordinating between data teams, IT, and operational users
  • Track the performance of deployed AI solutions, identify issues or improvement opportunities, and feed insights back into the product roadmap
  • Participate in, and potentially lead, dedicated project governance forums, representing both the product and the client success dimension

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, product management, or a business analyst role, with direct exposure to AI or technology-driven projects
  • Strong ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements in both directions
  • Solid understanding of AI concepts, tools, and workflows, sufficient to engage meaningfully with data scientists, engineers, and architects
  • Experience with agile methodologies, product backlogs, and sprint-based delivery
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience prioritizing features or use cases based on user value, technical feasibility, and ROI
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations in complex environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce professional documentation and presentations
  • A client-focused mindset with a genuine interest in ensuring end-users derive real value from AI products
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in international, consulting, or scale-up environments is a plus
